Indian passport holders need a visa for the UAE, arranged before travel. A 14-day visa on arrival (AED 100) is available to Indians holding a valid US visa or Green Card, a UK or EU visa or residence permit, or a residence permit from Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea or Singapore.
